ColleaiQ is a small team writing a neurosymbolic coordination runtime for regulated work. We are not actively hiring right now. We do read every thoughtful introduction.
UNTIL THEN
We work with master's and PhD candidates on bounded research problems in neurosymbolic planning, multi-agent coordination, and policy-aware learning. Six to nine month engagements, real problems, occasional co-authorship.
If you run regulated operations and want the engine inside your workflow, we want to talk. We take a small number of design-partner engagements at any time.

HOW WE WORK
We are a small early-stage team, and the work is split close to the metal: research and the planner, engineering and the trace surface, the learning side, and the design-partner conversations. The roadmap is decided by the people building it. Founders operate the pilots themselves. Joining ColleaiQ at this stage means writing systems for the people who carry the consequences of their decisions.
